Our company, like many chemical companies, does not make products that are sold directly to consumers, so our names are not familiar to most people.
We are Albemarle, a global leader in specialty chemistry solutions used by manufacturers of plastics, polymers, electronics and other materials that often require flame retardant solutions, among other components, for commercial, industrial and consumer products.

The Earthwise brand represents our company’s commitment to enriching lives, green chemistry and the planet’s sustainability.
Our first Earthwise product comes from our Fire Safety and Polymers group and is called GreenArmor™. GreenArmor is a breakthrough in fire safety technology because it saves lives, protects property and is friendly to the earth.
Earthwise is a company-wide initiative and will soon launch products from our other specialty chemistry divisions.
